About Catalyst Coaching & Training

Everyone can talk, not everyone can communicate. Communication is undoubtedly the most vital tool we have, but communication without clarity is only so much hot air! At Catalyst we offer management solutions to clients in the Corporate world, as well as to leaders in Education.

Our role is to ensure time and money are not wasted simply because essential information is not being conveyed in a way that will ensure full understanding.

Catalyst is based in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, and covers the south east region.

Carolyn Bartley

Carolyn is the founder of Catalyst, an established coaching and training company. She has worked on exclusion projects for over ten years in youth, community and college settings. An Advanced Practitioner and trained Coach, she is also a graduate teacher with a Certificate in Teaching Literacy.

She is the Key Skills Quality Nominee for a large College of Further Education in West London that was recently graded as Outstanding by OfSTED, and is a QCA Associate Consultation.

As a former international rower, Carolyn has a great deal of personal experience in finding motivation when it is needed, and has given talks on motivation and achieving goals.

Michele Campbell

Michele has worked in the field of Learning Disability for many years and has worked with all age groups. She is a graduate teacher, and has been a Teacher Trainer in the Further Education Sector. Her specialisms are Literacy and Learning Technology. She has been an Advanced Practitioner, and holds a Certificate in Teaching Literacy. She is a SfL Associate Consultant.
