Personal Coaching
In the same way that a personal trainer gets you physically fit, a life coach gets you mentally fit. You will set yourself targets using solution focused (SF) activities. Issues such as stress, confidence, anxiety can be addressed.
Business Coaching
In the wrong job? Don't know what you really want to do? Is your job getting you down? Find out what you really want to be doing, using a CBT approach. Also one-to-one training in management skills, including appraisals, negotiating skills, and interview skills.
Behaviour
We have had specialist training in teaching Anger Managment and Managing Behaviour. We have worked for many years on exclusion projects and have a proven track record of success.
Literacy
With graduate certification in teaching literacy, obtained from the Institute of Education, we are able to provide support in managing dyslexia, and build confidence in literacy (with only a small number of sessions).
Motivation
Carolyn Bartley, a former international rower, has a great deal of personal experience in finding motivation when it's needed. Using target setting to focus on goals, motivational talks can be given to either individuals or small groups.
